The company HAMAKOS – Iliaikos Gyros has a privately owned, typical chicken and meat production plant located near the village of Prasino in Pyrgos, Ilia. The design of the plant was carried out strictly by European standards and in compliance with the current legislation on food quality assurance. At every stage of production, from the moment we receive the products, we follow the strictest quality and hygiene standards required by HACCP to eliminate the possibility of risks to consumer health. The facility consists of a large number of cold chambers that allow us to store meat in separate chambers according to their type. All the areas where the meat is processed are also cooled to ensure the safety of the finished product. The facility has specialized machinery that facilitates the production of a wide variety of products in a short time while ensuring the safety and health of the workers.
