Chamakos - Iliakos Gyros - Chicken thighs marinated in wine


The recipe is for 4-6 people.


6 chicken fillets about 175gr each.


  • 250ml dry white wine
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable and herb mix
  • 3 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili peppers, finely chopped


Different marinades to enhance the taste of your chicken. It is a beneficial food, low in fat and at the same time a source of valuable protein of high biological value.


  1. You’re engraving the buds.
  2. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl with a lid and put them in to marinate.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. If they are not completely covered in the marinade, turn them over a few times while they are in the fridge.
  4. Take the bites out of the fridge and bake them.
