Ingredients
6 chicken fillets about 175gr each.
Marinade
- 250ml dry white wine
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable and herb mix
- 3 cloves of garlic, grated
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- ½ teaspoon chili peppers, finely chopped
Description
Different marinades to enhance the taste of your chicken. It is a beneficial food, low in fat and at the same time a source of valuable protein of high biological value.
Preparation
- You’re engraving the buds.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl with a lid and put them in to marinate.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. If they are not completely covered in the marinade, turn them over a few times while they are in the fridge.
- Take the bites out of the fridge and bake them.
